We really enjoyed colour strings this morning, especially seeing and using Katri's drum.

St. Brigid's crosses

It will be St. Brigid's day on Sunday.

We made nice crosses today.

We also really like the story about how St. Brigid built her church.

Winter paintings

We each painted a lovely winter scene.

Most of us included a bare deciduous tree and a snowman.

Our paintings are lovely!

Penguins on ice

We made lovely collages of penguins on the ice today.

We had snow in Renmore today so we can understand how cold it is for the penguins right now.

Green school's colouring competition

We are proud to be a green school. 

We are encouraging our students and teachers to walk or cycle to school.

Using claves in music class

 We had fun using claves in Katri's class.

Snowmen

Even though the weather is wet rather than cold, it is still winter.

We coloured some lovely snowmen and used packing peanuts to stick on their bodies.

We really enjoyed working with these packing peanuts.
